Integrative Nutrition Health Coach 

I am on my way to becoming a Holistic Health Coach that focuses on lifestyle changes to encourage long-lasting health and happiness. I focus on wellness as a whole; from nutrition to relationships to home life. I encourage people to take charge of their own health to ensure confidence moving forward without the need of doctor visits and prescribed medication. Although, in some cases, a professional doctor will be recommended if needed. I’ll help you find balance in your life to manage stress and create habits that promote overall wellness. I’m confident that I can help you reach your goals because I’ve had to stand up for my personal well-being when no one else listened. It’s time for you to take back your power to great health!

Anusara Elements™ yoga teacher + Movement Coach

I am one of the co-founders of The Holistic Ape and I have always been drawn to helping people from the time I started coaching parkour at the age of 16 years old. I learned that I was good at coaching people through unconventional movement. Since then, I have dedicated most of my life to learning from the best teachers in their fields of study. I am currently attending the CHEK Institute by Paul Chek, to learn how to help you from more of a holistic approach to movement. I believe the body is all connected and should be treated as such and I am ready to help you navigate the movement that is right for you. I love anything from Anusara yoga, parkour, adrenaline-filled activities, and getting outside in nature and I cannot wait to help you find what works for you!

Jake Casey

Holistic Strength Coach

I am currently certified through Kettlebell Kings educational branch, Living.Fit as a Kettlebell Specialist and a Battle Ropes Specialist. I have previously been certified through the Onnit Academy as a Foundations & Durability Coach. I will use these tools at my disposal to build holistic strength, rotational power, and mobilize joints and tissues. In addition to strength-focused training, I will give you the tools to navigate mental challenges. We will cover the use of language, how you talk to yourself, and how you speak to others, to literally change your life for the better. Couple this with breath-work, and no-bullshit meditation practice, and you will bulletproof the mind. Let’s grow together.
